At Hobart Executive Service, we make every effort to accommodate all reservation requests. However, there are rare instances when we cannot accept a reservation due to extremely high demand or adverse weather and traffic conditions.

Booking Policy
Hobart Executive Service can take online reservations 24/7 and provide price quotes upon request. We may limit the number of bookings during peak times, giving priority to our regular clients. We will notify you immediately if a driver is delayed for reasons beyond our control.

Airport Pickups
We will check with the airline for the latest arrival information but cannot guarantee its accuracy. If a flight arrives ahead of schedule, passengers should contact Hobart Executive Service as soon as possible.

Hotel Pickups
Hobart Executive Service would usually contact you on your mobile upon arrival. Please also provide us with your room number so we can easily let the hotel reception know when we arrive to pick you up.

No Show Policy
If a passenger fails to meet the car or driver at the scheduled location and time, the whole trip fee may be charged after 30 minutes of waiting. Passengers who need help locating their vehicle or driver should contact us as soon as possible
